What I do is set up or rebuild your marketing systems so they keep new members coming and retain them long term, without you having to run it on top of everything else.

I get asked, why Pilates?

I always wanted to be a nurse, but life took me another way: first agricultural extension, bringing useful knowledge to the people who need it, and then six years in marketing for founders and wellness brands. I realized I’ve ended up back where I started, helping people look after their bodies.

I’m a mother of three, and after my second baby I learned how much strength, mobility and daily stretching matter, and I wish I’d found Pilates sooner. I know women who live with everyday aches and have no studio anywhere near them. Pilates is more than a trend or an aesthetic. It’s how a person lives every day without pain.

How I work

I find what’s stopping your classes from filling, fix it, and run the system for you. I do the work for you rather than teaching you to do it. I take on no more than three studios at a time, so each one gets my full attention.

My belief

Caring for your body is a trust. Every full class means another person learning to look after theirs.
