I wanted to become a Nurse, not for the title, but because I wanted to be in the room when someone needed someone most. That desire to care for people, to show up, to help, to make something better has been with me for as long as I can remember.

But life had other plans, and that’s a story for another time.

After university, I began my online journey behind the scenes, working as a marketing assistant, supporting passionate founders who were incredible at what they did but constantly felt overwhelmed by the pressure to “show up” perfectly online.

I spent years learning how businesses grow, how people find the things that heal them, how trust is built online calmly, slowly, quietly, through consistency and honesty. I learned the tools, the gaps, and then one day I stopped working for other people’s businesses and asked myself a question I had been avoiding.

Who do I actually want to help? And the answer came quickly.

Wellness.

The people who wake up every day to help others feel better in their bodies. The yoga teachers, the Pilates instructors, the Barre studio owners. The women who chose caring as their profession, the same profession I once wanted for myself.

I cannot give them medical care, but I can give them something they desperately need.
